Kayl

I think that Kayl has to officially be the happiest baby on earth. He has the biggest happy blue eyes and the best smile I've ever seen. He loves watching Elijah and Elijah is starting to really interact with him. I realized how silly we (adults in general) sound when talking to babies when Elijah leaned over Kayl the other day on the bed and started saying "Agooooo Agooooo." Seriously. Do I really say that?? Obviously I do because Elijah is "Mr. I'm going to copy what you just said" these days. If you can't tell, Kayl and Elijah look COMPLETELY different from one another. I love that. Two brothers from the same parents, yet their own look and own identity. And I secretly like that Kayl has reddish hair:)

MAX!!

This is my friend Shannon's little boy Max. He is 3 1/2 months old and is the cutest, chubbiest little boy ever! We were laughing one night about how funny it would be to take pictures of him surrounded by doughnuts...and this is the result:) We laughed alot while taking these!

This one below is by far my favorite...It needs a sound effect!

Bathtime!

I truly love this kid. He is getting so smart and is starting to talk so much! He repeats everything we say...and I mean EVERYTHING. We have to be careful now :) When he hears Joel and I call eachother "babe" or "honey", then that becomes our new name. He is so gentle with Kayl (most of the time) and seriously just makes us laugh all day long.
While I'm at it...can anyone explain to me how to post more than 5 pictures at a time???

Why Eden will NOT be earning the Mother of the Year Award...

So this past Saturday, Elijah and I were in the back yard when he took of running and ate it on the concrete. He started GUSHING blood and we couldn't get it to stop. He never lost consciousness, but was freaking out (as was I inside!). Thankfully, Joel was home and I was not alone. We called 911 and first the firetruck got there, then an ambulence, followed by a police car. He ended up in the emergency room and got 5 stitches in his forehead. He's doing fine...we just got the stitches out this afternoon after 5 days of having them. Unfortuately, I don't think that this will be the last time he will hit his head, as this was about the 100th time in the last couple of months.
